What is StoreZin?

StoreZin is a billing and inventory workspace for one retail store. It brings your product catalogue, customer records, invoices, team access and reports together.

Do I need to install any software?

You can open StoreZin in your browser on desktop or mobile. Sign in with the same account to use your store workspace.

Is GST invoicing supported?

Yes. Add your store’s GST information and configure product tax rates to create GST invoices. Review your registration details and tax settings before real sales.

Can I use it on mobile?

Yes. Open StoreZin Mobile on your phone or tablet to create an account, manage your subscription and use your store. An internet connection is required for sign-in, stock and billing.

How does the free trial work?

After you verify your email and mobile number, your 1-month free trial begins. Monthly plans are Starter at ₹199, Gold at ₹499 and Platinum at ₹999. No payment is collected during signup. Owners can choose a plan and authorize monthly billing through Razorpay in Plan & billing.

How does team access work?

The store owner can add managers and billing staff. Each team member signs in with their own account and receives the permissions for their role within your store.

How do I get started?

Create an account, verify your email and mobile number, then add your store details, products and opening stock. The guided Store setup page helps you get ready for your first bill.

Can I manage multiple stores?

Each StoreZin account is set up for one store. You can add team members to that store. Multi-store management is not included in this account.

PRIVACY INFORMATION

Your store’s information.

Creating an account saves your name, email address, verified mobile number and password hash on the StoreZin application server. Email and SMS verification records are retained with your account. Your store profile, products, customer records and sales are stored there too.

Sign-in uses a session cookie. Team roles restrict access to store features. The web and mobile portals use the same StoreZin account and store workspace. The camera scanner processes barcode images locally.

Use a trusted server with HTTPS and give staff individual accounts. The server operator is responsible for its hosting, backups and data handling. This is a summary of the current application, rather than a complete legal privacy policy.
CURRENT SERVICE INFORMATION

A workspace for your store.

Current account access provides one store workspace. Store owners can add managers and billing staff, and are responsible for the information entered and the access granted to their team.

Review business details, GST settings and opening stock before recording real sales. Reports help you review recorded transactions; they do not replace professional tax advice or statutory filing.

Monthly plans are Starter at ₹199, Gold at ₹499 and Platinum at ₹999, each with a 1-month free trial. Creating an account does not authorize a charge. Recurring payments start only after you authorize a subscription through Razorpay. When trial or paid access ends, the store becomes read-only until a subscription payment is confirmed.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Subscription payments and renewals.

All plans include a 1-month free trial. No payment is collected during signup. Owners manage monthly subscriptions in Plan & billing. Monthly renewals require your explicit authorization in Razorpay Checkout. An authorization transaction may be required before regular monthly billing starts.

You can cancel future renewals in Plan & billing. Contact the service operator for subscription payment or refund questions. Customer sales and returns recorded inside your store are separate from a StoreZin subscription.
